I was going through a box of old stuff recently and came across these. I had the hots for Madonna back in the day and as a synth nerd it was hard not to love Duran Duran. The B-52’s? Yeah well they were just weird and I loved them and Devo.

Duran Duran was big on remix records, that’s what Nite Romantics was. Rio? It’s one of the great albums of the 80s. Every track on that album is great. 

Makes me think I need to start thinking about getting some of those old albums into my vinyl collection.
